Recognition can take many forms, but it always aims at valuing and appreciating each team member. At Boscoville, we explore different ways of showing our appreciation to our employees.
Competitive Wages and Benefits

Our employees deserve to be compensated and to receive benefits that reflect their value. That’s why we offer competitive conditions, such as access to a pension plan and a group insurance plan with employer contribution, sixteen statutory holidays including two weeks during the holiday season, five days of wellness and family leave, five days of sick leave and four weeks of vacation per year.
A Truly Attentive and Appreciative Employer
We attach great importance to our team’s successes, which are regularly highlighted. Boscoville has, among other things, integrated OfficeVibe, an employee engagement and well-being management platform designed to create positive and productive work environments where achievements are regularly highlighted in the form of “Good Vibes” by managers and team members alike. On these occasions, we celebrate both individual achievements and collective team successes.
OfficeVibe also enables Boscoville to measure and improve employee satisfaction through anonymous surveys, real-time feedback and recommendations for action. As a result, Boscoville has a better understanding of team needs and concerns, facilitating open communication and the implementation of strategies to strengthen employee commitment and motivation. This approach is greatly appreciated by our members, as we observe very positive feedback and a good average of monthly “Good Vibes” for each team member.

Events

Every year, Boscoville’s social committees organize two colourful events. The “Christmas Party”, which marks the end of the year, is an opportunity to get together in a spirit of collegiality. It’s also an opportunity to thank the team and recognize their hard work throughout the year.
During summer, an exciting “Summer Party” takes place. It’s an opportunity to celebrate employees who have reached milestones such as 5, 10, 15 or 20 years of service. It’s a time to honour our most loyal employees and show them how much we appreciate their hard work and dedication.
