Boscoville works in close collaboration with the research and social care community for youth aged between 0 and 30 in Québec. Its goal is to create and develop support and programs that will contribute to the improvement of prevention and intervention services. To date, fourteen (14) training programs have come into being! In short, Boscoville keeps growing, which is why it is important that the organization strengthens its structure.
Hand in Hand
Within Program Management, there are two closely connected teams: the Development Team and the Deployment Team.

The Development Team develops and experiments with the programs in collaboration with the associated researchers. This multidisciplinary team is partly responsible for driving program innovation.

The Deployment Team is composed of specialists in change management, skills development, client-centric strategies and multi-environment support. This team identifies, observes and analyzes the needs of the environments. Being in constant contact with reality on the ground helps the team follow the development of current needs and develop their expertise.
It is also important to note that the advantage of this new organizational structure is that it defines every role more clearly. This transformation at the heart of Boscoville offers officers the opportunity to specialize and make good use of their field of expertise.
You now understand why these two teams are closely linked. These two teams play distinct roles, but the programs make them work together. Moreover, this will help Boscoville stand out and increase its reputation in the environments.
Creation of Program Management, in Line with Methodology

The new Program Management is composed of a duo that will coordinate the production process and provide a methodology to the coordinators and team leaders of the Development and Deployment Teams, to ensure project management is working properly. Moreover, the role of Program Management is to provide all the tools that can further optimize the work of the teams, circulate the different expertise of our multidisciplinary teams and ensure the constant development of in-house procedures.

Thanks to this new structure, Boscoville, a leader in psychoeducation in Québec, is becoming an increasingly attractive organization. The company’s culture is becoming stronger and over time it will undoubtedly attract new participants through its dynamism and innovative spirit.
