To promote its growth, Boscoville has elected to reorganize its in-house resources and rely on their expertise to drive its development. As a result, the organization has established a project management office, composed of a coordinator and two advisors.

Mr. Nicolas Fréchette, Ps. Ed., M. Sc., who has already more than 9 years of experience within the organization, will step in as coordinator. He has developed several clinical projects and contributed in various ways to Boscoville’s growth over the years. As such, his unparalleled understanding of the programs the organization has built until now will ensure that he can direct all activities associated with the operationalization of development projects and their implementation in partner environments. Known for his understanding and powerful leadership, he will oversee the initiatives of his advisors and head with confidence his 19 project managers and development officers in the accomplishment of their duties.

Michelle Pinsonneault and Frédérick Martin will act as advisors. In collaboration with the coordinator, their first mandate will be to develop a project management methodology unique to Boscoville. Their role will then be to support the implementation of this methodology and to assist project managers and development officers in the planning and completion of their projects.

Michelle, Ps. Ed., a Ph. D. candidate in psychoeducation, combines her experience in program development and teaching with her dynamism and willingness to share her knowledge and actively contribute to the project management office.

Recipient of the Prix Gilles Gendreau in 2018, Ps. Ed., M. Sc., will bring to the project office the impressive field experience he has acquired in accompanying environments in several regions of Québec, including Nunavik, and even outside the country, namely in France.

This new organizational structure will promote Boscoville’s growth, while preserving its reputation with partner environments and its position as a recognized leader. With its history as its foundation, Boscoville has today, thanks to its resources, a well-established base that will enable it to further spread its mission: to develop and promote best practices in prevention and psychosocial intervention, in order to support Québec professionals in their efforts to ensure the optimal development of youth.
