The opportunity we are offering you
As part of an energetic and passionate multidisciplinary team, you will make a difference by training and supporting Quebec’s Anglophone and Francophone partner communities in the planning and implementation of best-practice-based, psychosocial intervention programs.
As Boscoville opens its horizons to English-speaking partners, you will pioneer the initiative to further expand our services.
Are-you THE person we’re looking for?
- You have an undergraduate university education in a psychosocial field or any relevant degree combined with significant experience.
- You have significant experience in the psychosocial field.
- You are an engaging leader who understands change management strategies, group facilitation, and group training methods.
- You have the skills to support learners in integrating knowledge and developing their skills while demonstrating flexibility and agility in addressing emergent issues, different contexts, and team dynamics.
- You are bilingual and able to work in both an English and French environment.

- Depending on your level of training and experience, salary ranges from $57,000 to $90,000 per year.
